For example: designing new features, redesigning part of or the entire user experience of your product, validating and testing ideas, prototype creation, design system creation.

The main communication will be happening in ClickUp as having all feedback notes in one place will help everyone keep track of how the project is coming along. We will also add you on slack so you can directly message us if something comes up.

We understand that product development can get complicated and corrections might come up at any stage of the process. We will take care of any corrections needed until you are 100% satisfied.

Typical requests are delivered in 48 hours on average. This includes screen design, collection pages, mobile app feature design, user flow mapping etc.

Bigger request like user testing a particular feature will need to be split into smaller tasks. For example: A user test request will be split into 4 tasks (create screens, build prototypes, recruit users for testing and finalize questions, carry out interviews and summarize findings).
