Once subscribed, we’ll set up your dedicated ClickUp portal with easy to follow onboarding so you can start making requests.

Everything related to UX/UI Design.

For example: designing new features, redesigning part of or the entire user experience of your product, validating and testing ideas, prototype creation, design system creation.

The main communication will be happening in ClickUp as having all feedback notes in one place will help everyone keep track of how the project is coming along.

We will also add you to Slack so you can message us directly if anything comes up. Additionally, there will be a weekly check-in meeting where we can discuss our progress in detail.

We understand that product development can get complicated and corrections might come up at any stage of the process. We will take care of any corrections needed until you are 100% satisfied.

Typical requests are delivered in 48 hours on average. This includes screen design, collection pages, mobile app feature design, user flow mapping etc.

Bigger request like user testing a particular feature will need to be split into smaller subtasks as they take more time to complete.

Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds.

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. We’ll send you a reminder email 7 days before your renewal date, giving you time to pause or cancel your subscription if you no longer need our services.

We use Figma for all design work, Clickup to track your requests, and Slack for communication.

You can always pause your subscription when you run out of design work, just reach out and we'll pause it for you.

Here’s how it works: our billing cycles are based on a 30 to 31-day period (depending on the month). For example, if you sign up and use the service for 15 days, then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will stop. You’ll still have 16 days of service remaining, which you can use anytime in the future when you’re ready to resume.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime through Stripe.

Once you subscribe to a plan you'll get access to your Stripe portal. There you can manage your subscription, update your billing info and download your invoices.

Once you cancel your trial, you will immediately lose access to all our services.

Additionally, if you cancel your plan during the trial, all designs and materials created during that time will remain the property of DigiDaki and cannot be used by you, as they were part of the trial period.
