As part of the Talent Connect platform redesign, we were tasked with creating a scalable design system to support the app's continuous growth.
Talent Connect is an online platform redesigned for a German digital staffing agency. The design system was partially developed alongside the UX/UI redesign of the web app and later finalized and documented for handover to the client.
The following screens are a small preview of the web app to help contextualize the design system further.

All of the buttons shown below were created using a single component in Figma. This approach allows for a range of buttons that are easy to manage within design files and simple to update.

This section offers adaptable guidelines for card design rather than fixed rules. Card size and layout can vary to best suit their content and may evolve as the design system grows. Our approach remains flexible to support ongoing adaptations and future expansions.
A user interface kit is a collection of assets made up of predefined components that follow the design system’s foundations and rules. It is created to help assemble larger pages and sections, supporting the design and evolution of the web app.
